The date is set to 2015 and some of the notices won't be able to be brought up and generated, so keep that in mind. This is just for training purposes. Lastly, as you all know, the manual preparation steps occur before the timeline starts. So again, be sure to review your recertification timeline, the manual preparation steps on page one of the manual, and talk to the compliance team if you have any questions or concerns. You also will obviously want to discuss this with your regional manager. So to get started, we're going to go through the steps of the annual recertification manual. The first step is to sign in to one site. Once you're logged in to one site, we're going to review the certification date. Now, keep in mind, you know your recertification date and this should be set appropriately for all of your residents, but it's always good to double check....

To ensure accuracy and completeness, please use the form provided by the Mayor's Office of Housing and Residences. The form should be completed not later than 15 days prior to the date on which the renewal application is due to the Rent Guidelines Board. The completed form shall be delivered to either: the unit's owner(s); or NYC-NYC Office on Aging, which is located at the corner of West 4th Street and Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan.
